Mettler 100% cotton Fine Sewing Thread - 200 m/800 m

This thread, from the Mettler company, is the same weight as is used in making of French Val laces. It is a 100% cotton thread, 60 wt. and only 2 ply. It is much finer than regular sewing thread which is 50 wt. and 3 ply and heavier. This thread is fine enough that it can be used on pastel fabrics, and it seems to 'melt' into the fabric to become nearly invisible.
